   The name of the corporation is Orphans and Widows International (OWI)

2. Purpose of Corporation
   Orphans and Widows International is a Christian humanitarian 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, provisioned to vindicate orphans and widows around the world.

3. Effective Date of Incorporation
   11/01/2007

4. Duration
   OWI shall have perpetual duration.

5. Distribution of Assets in the event of a voluntary dissolution
   In the event of a voluntary dissolution, the net assets of OWI will be utilized to first provide remedies for any and all outstanding financial or committed obligations, with the remaining to be distributed towards the greater good of its purpose of corporation.
